Case No. TT 30795 - PALM DESERT REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, Applicant Request for approval of a tentative tract map to subdivide 20.44 acres into 108 single-family lots (4,750 square foot minimum lot size) and one 2.52-acre parcel for 26 senior citizen one-story apartments.
