Motion carried by a vote 4- 0 vote with Commissioner Greenwood ABSENT. Case No. TT 28818 is subject to the terms of Development Agreement No. 98-1, which expires December 10, 2018. Any appeal of the above action may be made in writing to the City Clerk, City of Palm Desert, within fifteen (15) days of the date of the decision.
