Motion carried by a vote 4- 0 vote with Commissioner Greenwood ABSENT. AB 116 extends Case No. TT 31490 to September 21, 2017. Any appeal of the above action may be made in writing to the City Clerk, City of Palm Desert, within fifteen (15) days of the date of the decision.
