The Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, has taken the following
action at its regular meeting of August 6, 2013:
The Planning Commission, by Minute Motion, ratified a two-year time
extension granted by Assembly Bill 116 for tentative tract and parcel maps
approved after January 1, 2000 and unexpired as of July 11, 2013, unless
a development agreement provides otherwise. Motion carried by a vote 4-
0 vote with Commissioner Greenwood ABSENT.
AB 116 extends Case No. TT 31490 to September 21, 2017.
Any appeal of the above action may be made in writing to the City Clerk, City of Palm
Desert, within fifteen (15) days of the date of the decision.
