The Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, has taken the following
action at its regular meeting of August 6, 2013:
The Planning Commission, by Minute Motion, ratified a two-year time
extension granted by Assembly Bill 116 (AB 116) for tentative tract and
parcel maps approved after January 1, 2000 and unexpired as of July 11,
2013, unless a development agreement provides otherwise. Motion
carried by a vote 4-0 vote with Commissioner Greenwood ABSENT.
Case No. TT 32655 is subject to the terms of Development Agreement 06-02, which
expires March 8, 2017.
Any appeal of the above action may be made in writing to the City Clerk, City of Palm
Desert, within fifteen (15) days of the date of the decision.
