Subject: Recommendation to the City Council for Consideration of a Mitigated
Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact; and a Single-Family
Home and Detached Garage on a Hillside Property located at 72-000
Chuckawalla Way
The Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert considered your request and took
the following action at its regular meeting of January 21, 2014..
The Planning Commission granted approval of Case No. PP/HDP 13-198
by adoption of Planning Commission Resolution No. 2615, subject to
conditions. Motion carried by a 5-0 vote.
Any appeal of the above action may be made in writing to the City Clerk, City of Palm
Desert, within fifteen (15) days of the date of the decision.
