developed to communinnte. t•.he particular paramataxm waut: tenant is
to follow so their individual store signagv will be effective and

tenant or its representative at iL'ri Kole coot. Tenant shall hr

agency for approval.
A dated signature of dppruval by the Landlord will hP placed on
each sign wur•kiliy drdwiny prior to submittal to the City of palm

General Sign criteria

Shop Tenant I.D. :signs
1. Shop tenant signs are to be indivi.dUdlly mounted, indirect

techniques stipulated within thie sign program, must Auhmit a
prof csGionally proparp.d design drawing (in svdla and in color) of
the proposed siqn for review by the Landlord. Upon the approval by
the T ind l ord (in writing) , the twtlauL must eubmit the de.4i gn te') the
City of Palm desert for approval and permit.
5. The maximum allowable sign area is not to exceed aura, square

tihnp Tenant I.D. Signs
The tcllowing stdndaras Further -specify the design and production
rfaquirementn for shop tenant signs.
Along with the requirements of this section, the tenant must also
comply with 411 L2ie requirements outlined in 5eetion III 'GGnerdl
Sign Gritcrial.
GENERAL sTANDARDO
1. All tenant signs are to be illumiue.ted signs which are
conneetcd to an a33igned o box provided by the iatlfllciril, which must

2. All Signs and installations cif sirens must conform to the
