REVISIONS 1. Color Palette: (Section VII - written criteria) The color palette for the sign program is to be revised to: i) J3ed 185C pms ii) Teal 327C pms Blue 301 C pms (similar value) iii) White (White White) 2. The ground mounted signs are to employ an off-white (Frazee #5411 W "Saturn") for the stucco. This color is a slightly darker value than "Polar Bear" which has been presented by the architect as the overall value of "Polar Bear" as perceived in context with the other project building colors and materials. This revision is in response to the concern voiced by the ARC that stucco colors are blanched in the desert sun and it was suggested a darker value would be preferable. 3. Written Criteria: SECTION VI "Pad Tenant I.D." (Sign Type #10) 6. Pad tenants with trademark logo graphics may use their business identity typestyle upor, review and approval by the owner and the City of Palm Desert. Major Tenant I.D. - ITEM #8 It is requested that the majors be given approval for front face illuminating channel letters. It is particularly a concern of Ralphs to be allowed this type of sign with the consideration by the city of the concessions they have made from their usual sign standards in an effort to provide a special look for this "desert" project. 2. A provision is requested for the approval of the accent yellow color which is utilized within the icon of the Payless Drugs sign standards. 3. City Council approval of four (4) sign program colors (teal and blue being a similar value).
