I am pleased to advise you and your Youth Association that the following items were included in the Budget as part of the District ' s continuing efforts to provide and to promote youth activities . ITEM AMOUNT Part-time Salaries and Benefits $4 , 000 Electricity $4 , 500 Infield Irrigation System $1 , 250 TOTAL DIRECT ASSISTANCE $9 , 750 Please understand that this is a BUDGETED AMOUNT ONLY ! Any items which your organization will utilize under this budgeted amount must be first cleared through both Joe Lafaro , Sports Supervisor , and myself PRIOR to purchase . Beginning later this month you will be mailed a monthly status sheet advising you of your balance with respect to the budgeted District assistance .
