OVERALL COMMENTS:
Now that vacation schedules have been completed, movement toward accomplishing
goals can procede. Presidents Plaza parking lot drew numerous hours of attention
during reconstruction and hence affected regular maintenance schedules.
With the fall season approaching, careful planning is of critical concern.
Attention to proper irrigation function will dictate the success of the
fall/winter planting.
I just worked out a program with court-released youth to do work in our city.
For now, they will maintain North Sphere roads and simple mechanical weed
abatement on weekerds.
