Dear Chanda Dies,
On behalf of the California Senior Olympics at Palm Springs,I would like
to.express our appreciation to the Coachella Valley Recreation& Park District for
the use of the Palm Desert Civic Center gymnasium for our Feb. 17-18 volleyball
championships.
We found the facility outstanding—perfect for this event— and the staff
and maintenance crew very cooperative.
We hosted four women's teams Saturday and six men's teams Sunday. This
was the first time we were able to offer volleyball in our Senior Olympics and our
players really enjoyed having the use of your wonderful facility.
Once again, our sincere thanks.
