FROM: WAYNE RAMSEY, DIRECTOR OF CODE COMPLIANCE
SUBJECT: ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE
DATE: JULY 5, 1996
The Code Compliance Department and California Animal Care have been
coordinating efforts to rewrite the City' s Animal Control

submit it to the City Attorney for his review, comments,
corrections and approval .
It is our intent to be able to place it on the August 25th City

As you know, during the summer months the agenda for Council is one
meeting per month and we will not be able to complete the revisions
