ROLL CALL PRESENT: Councilman CHUCK ASTON; Councilwoman JEAN BENSON; Councilman JAMES McPHERSON; Councilman NOEL BRUSH; and Mayor HENRY CLARK ABSENT: None Councilman Aston moved, seconded by Councilwoman Benson that the meeting be adjourned to Executive Session for personnel matters. Motion carried unanimously and meeting adjourned at 7:52 A.M. Meeting was called to order at 8:06 A.M. Councilman Aston moved, Councilman McPherson seconded that the meeting be adjourned.
