I. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Crites convened the meeting at 4:00 p.m.

B. REOUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION to Advertise and Call for Bids for Landscape Services at the `J
Housing Authority Property Known as One Quail Place (Contract No. HA 18080).
Rec: By Minute Motion, authorize the City Clerk to advertise and call for bids for the subject
services, pertaining to the landscape redesign at One Quail Place that will include lighting,
pond and stream renovation, drainage control, retrofitting of existing irrigation, and
redesigning of the landscape, all of the above subject to approval of the Landscape
Committee.
Upon motion by Spiegel, second by Kelly, the Consent Calendar was approved as presented by unanimous
vote.

VI. NEW BUSINESS
A. REOUEST FOR APPOINTMENT OF HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD MEMBERS TO SERVE
ON THE HOUSING COMMISSION SUBCOMMITTEE FOR RPM MANAGEMENT
COMPANY'S ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION.
Member Kelly asked Mrs. Gilligan if she had received the recommendation he had forwarded to her
and asked if there were vacancies on the Housing Commission.
Mrs. Gilligan stated that she had not received his recommendation; however, this particular item was
to appoint two Housing Authority Board Members to the Housing Commission Subcommittee for
RPM Management Company's annual performance evaluation. With regard to the Housing
Commission itself, she said she did not believe there were currently any vacancies.
Member Benson stated that she had participated on last year's performance evaluation and would
be happy to do so again this year depending on when it will be done. Mrs. Gilligan responded that
it should be within the next week or two.
Member Spiegel stated that he would serve in this capacity as well.
Member Kelly moved to appoint Members Benson and Spiegel to serve on the subject subcommittee.
Motion was seconded by Ferguson and carried by unanimous vote.
