Chairman Benson convened the meeting at 3:00 p.m.

Rec: Approve as presented.

PALM DESERT HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETING JANUARY 9, 2003
B. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL of RPM Company's Awarding of Bid for
Repainting of Exterior Stucco at Las Serenas Apartments.
Rec: By Minute Motion, authorize contracted property management firm
RPM Company's award of the subject bid to Terry Hunt Painting &
Decorating, Inc., Palm Desert, California, in the amount of $31,145 —
funds have been appropriated in the FY 2002/03 Housing Authority
Operating Budget for repainting expenses.
Upon motion by Kelly, second by Spiegel, the Consent Calendar was approved as
presented by a 5-0 vote.

C. CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE AUTHORITY
1. Chairman Benson commented that since the last meeting, she and
Members Kelly and Spiegel participated in a housewarming ceremony
for the Habitat for Humanity house. She remarked how appreciative
the family is for their new home, enjoying their first Christmas there,
and she felt especially joyful for them.

XII. ADJOURNMENT
Upon motion by Crites, second by Spiegel, and a 5-0 vote, Chairman Benson
adjourned the meeting at 5:16 p.m.
