I. CALL TO ORDER - 3:00 P.M.
Chairman Harnik convened the meeting at 3:07 p.m.

3:09 p.m. She reconvened the meeting at 4:05 p.m.

with the Palm Desert City Council).

Upon motion by Jonathan, second by Weber, and 5-0 vote of the Authority Board
(AYES: Jonathan, Kelly, Nestande, Weber, and Harnik; NOES: None), the Consent
Calendar was approved as presented
