REPORTS AND REMARKS
A. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
1. Mr. Bouman introduced Resolution No. 57, adopting job classifications,
titles, table of classified positions, and salary range assignments
for the Redevelopment Agency employees. Mr. Bouman pointed out
that this was similar to the action taken by the Council for City
employees and that the dollar figures in this resolution are in
accordance with the adopted budget for Fiscal 1977-78. He also
stated that no salary has ever been set for the Executive Director
of the Agency inasmuch as the City Manager has always served in
that capacity.
Member Newbrander moved and Member McPherson seconded to waive further
ending and adopt Resolution No. 57. Motion carried unanimously.
2. Mr. Bouman reported that the consultants for the Redevelopment
Agency Plan have been coming to the City regularly to participate
in Agency Committee meetings. They are completely on schedule,
and there is nothing to keep them from meeting the requirements
of the contract of final preliminary report at the end of July
