Mayor Kelly convened the meeting at 9:00 a.m.

Upon motion by Crites, second by Snyder, and unanimous vote of the
Council, Mayor Kelly adjourned to Closed Session pursuant to Government
MINUTES
ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE PALM DESERT CITY COUNCIL MAY 19, 1987

Code Section 54956.9(b) for the purpose of discussing potential
litigation at 9:05 a.m.
Mayor Kelly reconvened the meeting at 10:05 a.m. and stated that no
action was to be announced from the Closed Session. Upon motion by
Wilson, second by Benson, and unanimous vote of the Council, Mayor Kelly
adjourned the meeting at 10:05 a.m.
