I. CALL TO ORDER - 3:00 P.M.
Chair Jonathan convened the meeting at 3:01 p.m.

With Successor Agency Board concurrence, Chair Jonathan adjourned the meeting to
Closed Session of the City Council and Successor Agency at 3:02 p.m. He reconvened
the meeting at 4:00 p.m.
IV. RECONVENE REGULAR MEETING - 4:00 P.M.
A. REPORT ON ACTION FROM CLOSED SESSION.
Mr. Hargreaves reported that an agreement between the Successor Agency of the
Palm Desert Redevelopment Agency and Desert Wave Ventures, LLC, for Lot B
at Desert Willow for a potential wave park, was approved and executed; the
Agreement will be available to the public tomorrow morning. There is another
agreement between the City and the same party, Desert Wave Ventures, LLC,
with respect to the City's parking lot parcel that gives the developer an option to
take that property down and develop it as a joint -use parking lot. That agreement
is not fully executed, but will be available tomorrow morning as well. He added
that both agreements were approved by the City Council by unanimous votes.

Upon motion by Harnik, second by Nestande, and 5-0 vote of the Board of Directors of
the Successor Agency (AYES: Harnik, Kelly, Nestande, Weber, and Jonathan; NOES: None),
the Consent Calendar was approved as presented.
