RESOLUTION N0. 74- 115
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORP3IA,. DESIGNATING THE
DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AS THE
OFFICER ENFORCING TITLE 25 OF THE CALIFORNIA
ADMINISTRATIVE CODE IN SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Palm Desert, California, has
heretofore designated the Health Officer of the County of
Riverside as the responsible officer for the enforcement of
the California Administra ive Code in mobile home parks, and
WHEREAS, the City of Palm Desert now desires to
assume and perform this responsibility;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Palm Desert, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of
Palm Desert hereby designates the Director of Environmental
Services of the City of Palm Desert as the officer responsi-
b1e for the enforcement of Title 25 of the California
Administrative Code within he limits of the City of Palm
Desert, including the issuance of annual operating permits,
to be effective at 12:01 a.m, on January l, 1975.
SECTION 2: That said City Council hereby rescinds
Resolution No. 74-28, to be effective at 12:00 o'clock mid-
night on December 31, 1974.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council
this 12th day of December, 1974.
