Box 1648 Palm Desert, California 92260 Attention: Paul nilliams. Dear Paul: Re: Tentative Tract No. 6259. The right-of-<<ay shown for Burroweed Lane is less than the minir allowed by County Standards. However, in view of the restricted depth of tl property and the limited value that would be obtained from requiring the 50 County minimum, I would recommend that the 42 feet, as shown, be allowed. Also, the total width of 63 feet shown on Grapevine Street is mc than would be required, but in order to make the property line, line up witl that west of Burroweed, I recommend that it be done as shown on the map. I recoend that a cross-gutter be required on Grapevine Street at Burroweed Lane in order to minimize quantities of drainage flowing down Burroweed lane. Very truly yours, B.
