A noncombustible trash storage area shall be provided for as approved by the Director of Envirotnnental Services. A valid variance shall be in effect prior to the issuance of build- ing permits. *9. The applicant shall submit a cash bond to pay a proportionate share of the costs of undergrounding the overhead utility distribution lines along the full width of [he propertq adjacent to the alley. 10. All plans shall be dra�rn to scale and approved bq the Director of Environmental Services prior to submittal for plan check bq the Building and Safety Division. 11. Laundry room facilities shall be revised to provide adequate space. 12. Detailed landscaping (vith irrigation syst�), shall be provided as modified on site plan prior to occupancy. Large trees shall be set back 25' fram the comer of the intersection of Panorama and Candlevood to avoid line of sight problems. The landscaped ares shall be expanded to include landscaping and maintenance of plan[- ing in the parkway adjacent to the property on Candlewood Street and Panorama Drive. 13. Nall along south portion of lot shall be relocated to south lot line and increased to 4' in height. *By virtue of the adoption of City Council Resolution No. 75-114, Cwdition ` No. 9 is no longer required.
