HIGHE3T PRIORITY ON THE CC��ITINGENCY FUVDS FROH THE CO��!dUNITY
DEVELOPI�NT GRANT FOR TfIE RECONSTRUCTION OF CATALINA 1►AY,
,; EA3TERLY OF 3AH PA3QUAL, IN THE 1976-19T? BUDGET YEAR. !
�REREA3. the Citq Council, on February 27, 19?5� for- �
mally desiqnated the Catalina 11aq project as a high prioritq
item in the HCD Block Grant Application; and
11HEREA3, the project is scheduled for the 1976-1977
budget qear; and
NHEREA3, the carryover o! 59,520 of contingency funds is
necessarq for the completion of the project.
NOIf� THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Palm Desert as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
and coastitute the Pindings of the Council in this cas.�; and
2. That the City Council does reaffirm its desire to
place the highest priority on the Catalina 11ay reconstruction
project.
PASSED� APPROVED. AND ADOPTED by the City Council of
the City of Palm Desert, California, this 20th daq of
