Bouman, Acting City uanaqer, proclaimed a local
� emergencq at 1:34 p.m. on Fridaq, September 10. 1976;
NOIf, THEREFORE� BE IT RESOLVED that the Citq Council of the
City of Palm Desert, California, DOES HEREBY RATIF'Y that an emergencq
did exist on September 10� 1976, at 1:34 p.m. and said emer�ency shall
� be dee+ned to contiaue until its termination is proclaimed bq the City
Council of the City of Palm Desert. California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDER£D that during the existence
of said emergencq, powers. functions and duties of the Citq Slanager
and the emergency organization of the City of Palm Desert shall be
those prescribed bq State la�e aad the ordinances. resolutions and
approved plans of the City of Palm Desert in order to mitigate the
effects of said emergency.
