R.6E, SBB 6 M MHEREAS, said application has ooinplied with the requirements of the "City of Pa1m Oesert Environmental Quality Procedure Resolution Nunber 14-14", in that a Final Enrlronmental Impact Report was filed and discussed at a duly noticed PuDlic Hearing held by the Palm Oesert Planning Commission o� August 31, 1976, and the Citr Council on October 14, 1916, and has been certified by the City Coun- cil as compiete; and, MHEREAS. the P1a�ning Commission did take into co�sideration the Tentative Map as submitted, and the reports of the va�ious revier+ing agencies and recommended approval to the City Councit subject to conditions; and. WNEREAS, the City Council did find that the subject Ten W tive Map does substantially conply Nith the City of Palm Oesert Mu�icipal Code, and the State of California Subdivision Map Act, as amended; a�d, WIEREAS. the City Council did find thaL the subject Tentativc Nap does caply with the City's adopted General Plan. No sideaalks Mill be required on the ti+est side of Ruttedge tlay (Avenue) adjacent to the '; proposed park site. 5. Dereloper shall provide 5 foot wide P.C.C. sideNalks on both sides of all interior st�eets, as required by the City E�gineer. �. The southerly right-of-way li�e of Magnesia Falls Drive shall be modified as necessary to insure a minimwn 10 foot pa�kr�ay between the �ight-of-way line and southe�ly curb line. 8. Access rights on all lots abutting Mag�esia Falis Drive extended and Deep Canyon Road shall be offered to the City as a dedication on the final map. 9. The proposed street names are not approved. Prior to submitWl of the final iaap, the applicant shall provide the City with a list of proposed street names with at least three alternatives. The approval of the final street na�nes shall be made by the Director of E�vironmental Services. `� .= 10. All lots shall be a minim�nn of 9,000 square feet. To accamplish this requirement, the lot pattern shall be revised to provide for the �elxation of Rutledge Hay (Avenuej subject to the approral of the City Engineer. 12.
