Resolution No. 76-131, authorized the Director of Finance to
aavance monie• in a total sum of not to exceed Three Hundred
Thousand Dollara ($300,000.00) to said fund from the General
Fund and/or tne Building Excise Tax Fund; and
{�IE�EREAS� the Citq Engineer estimates that the total
cost of extraordinary flood dau�a�e will not exceed Three Nundred
Fifty Thousand Dollara ($350,000.00).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. that Section 2.
Resoltuion tio. 76-121, passed, approved, and adopted the 23rd
day of September. 1976. as amended by Resolution ►io. 76-131.
passed� approved. and adopted the 14th day of October, 1976, is
hereby amended to read as follaws:
"Section 2. To provide money for the payment of
said extraordinary expenses� the Director of Finance is hereby
authorized to advance monies in a total sum not to exceed Three
kundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000.00) to said fund from
the General Fund and/or the Building Excise Tax Fund and/or
the 2106 Gas Tax Fund."
