THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFOR'iIA, DOES RESOLYE AS FOLLOtfS: SECTION i: That there aere seven (7 voting precincts established for the pu pose of holding said election consisti g of the consolidations of the regular election precincts in the City of Palm Desert, Califor ia, as established for the holding of state and county elections. SECTION 2: That said regular general mu icipat election was held for the purpose of eletting the following officers of said City as requ red by the laxs relating to cities i the State of California, to wit: Two 2 Menbers of the City Council of said City for the full term of fou rears. Three 3 Meubers of the City Cou cil of said City for the term of tti+o years. SECTION 3: That the Nhole rnmibe of votes cast in said City (ezcept absent voter billots) Mas 2,130.
