'; , NHEREAS. the Adminlst ative costs for services to the Agency are
j fncreasing because of increasing redevelopment activity;
NON. TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLYED by the City Council of the City of

Pata Desert that effective fran April 1. 1976, the Palm Desert Redevelop-
,
ment Agencr shall be chargcd for the follo++ing:
; 1) The follo++ing percentages of salaries and contractual costs of ';
the designated City employees and officers:
' . City Manager 20X (twrenty per cent)

'" Deputy City Clerk 15X (fifteen per cent)
s- Director of Management Services 8% (ei9ht per cent)
Senlor Account Clerk 4% (four per cent)
' Director of Enviro mental Services 25X (twenty-five per cent) '

City Attorney Coetract Fee 5 (five per cent)
` The Redevelopnent A9ency shall also be charged for the salary-

Insurance i the same propostion that the sala y costs of above enumerated
employees bears to the total City salary costs subject to Retirement,

2) The Redevelopment Agency shall atso be charged for all other
identifiable direct costs including, but not limited to, the cost of telephone
calls, duplicating services and pos Wge costs.
3) That the City Council request that reimbursement be made on six-
aqnth intervals beginning on June 30, 1916, with the exception of the first
interval being li nited to a period betrreen April 1 and Ju e 30, 1476.

� � 4) That the City Council request that rrhile the costs are due

� and payabie on s1x-�+onth incre�ents. they be considered as a loan from

} the City to be repatd to the City at such time as funds become available
y� to the Agency for repa,yn�ent. Said suns shall under the provisions of

'� AgreenKnt between the Agency and the City accrue interest until repayment
is �nade.
� 5) That the Director of Management Services of the City of Palm
�� Desert, shall prior to each six-nanth fnterval notify the Agency of his
estimate of the amount due for the City staff time and related expenses
�
� that have accrued during the prevlous six-month period.
