CORNER OF PALM DESERT ORI1fE AND SNI CARLOS AYENI� AND TNE SOUTN-
IIEST CONlIER OF ALESSIWDRO AND SAN GRLOS AYENUE.
INEREAS, a petitton �as received to abandon a portion of the northwest
corner of Pal� Desert Drive and San Cartos Avenue, and a portion of the southMest
corner of Alessandro and San Grlos Avenue. �nore particula�ly descrtbed as:
A portion of lot I(Alessandro), of Pal�ne Yiltage Plaza Tract, as sham
by map on file in Book 23, page 2 of n�eps, records of the Reco►�er of
Rivenide Cointy Caltfornia; and a portion of Lot L(Palm Desert Orive)
of Palma Yillage Plaza Tract. as shoMn by �nap in file in Book 23, page 2
of �naps, rcoords of the Recorder of Riverside County California.
MIEREAS. the Planning W�nnission did find that the abandomnent Mas in
confonrence with the 6eneral Plan of the City of Palm Oese�t; and.
iHEREAS, after a public hearing �vas held on May 27, 1976, �here pertinent
inforniation Mas heard.
NOM. THEt�FORE. BE IT RESOlYEO by the Ci ty Counci 1 of the Ci ty of Pal m
Desert, California as folloNs:
l. That the above recitations are true and correct and constltute the
findings of the City Louncil in this case.
2. That the City Councit does approve the abandornnent of the above
described property to HENRY TAtl.E and LINDA TAGLE.
3. That the City Clerk is inst�:ted to record all necessary documents
to consunate this matter.
4. That HENRY TAGLE and LINDA TAGLE are responsible for all fees incurred
in the transfe�, recording, and preparation of legal documents of the above
described transactio�.
PASSED, APPROYEO, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Palm
Desert. this 27th day of May. 1976, by the folla+ing vote, to wit:
