caplies with the requlr enknts of Ordlnance No. 1 of the City of Palm Desert,
Cal i fornia.
NON. ?NEREFORE BE It RESOIYED by the Citr Council of the City of Palm
Desert as folloMs:
1. That the finat subdirision map of T act No. 6229-3 in the City
of Palm Desert. California, be and the same is hereby approved as the official
subdivision map of sa14 Tract No. 6229-3, and the streets and public utility
easements, if any. as shotim thereon, are accepted as public streets and public
utility easements.
2. The City Clerk, upon receipt of the fully executed agreements here-
inafter referred to, together Nith the bonds hereinafter referred to, is hereby
authorized and directed to attest to said map by signing his name thereto as
City Clerk of the City of Palm Desert; a d to affiz the official seal of the
City thereto.
3. 7hat the certain agreeme t respecting the i rovement of streets
anA drainage and surety bonds for the faithful performance of said agreertient
in the sun of 58,500, and surety bond in the sum of 58,500 securing payment
to contratt, his subcontractors and to persa s re ti g equipment or furnishing
1 abor or n terial s, are hereby approved.
4. That ce tain agreement relating to the extension of sewer lines, and
surety bond for the faithful performance of said agreenie t in the sum of S19,000,
and surety bond in the sum of 519,000 secu ing payment to co tractor, his sub-
contractors and to persons renting equipment or furnishing labor or materials,
are hereby approved.
5. That the certain agreen ent respecting the installation of survey
monun ents and surety ba ds for the faithful performance of said agreenent in the
s of 51,800 as attached
