cise, and the appeal period has expired. and;

3. 1'he C.C.�R's for this development shall be submitted to the City
Eagineer for review and spproval pr�or to the issuance of any
buildiag permits. Prior to recordation of the final subdivision
map, the spplicant shall aubmit to the City Engineer:
a. The document to convey title.
b. Covenants •nd restrictions to be recorded.
c. flanagement and maintenance agreement to be entered into Rith

4. Improvement plana for water and se�ver system shall meet the re-

by Ordinance to t6e Citp Eagineer for checking and approral before
construction oi any improvemeats is co�aenced. The subdi�•ider shall
aubmit "as-built" plans prior to acceptance of the subdi�•ision im-
provementa by the City.
9. In order to maiataia reasonable fire-protection during the con-
struction period, the subdivider shall maiatain passable �ehicular
access to all buildings. An adequate number of fire hydrants with
required fire ilows shall be installed as recortanended by the Fire
Yarsh�l.
10, prior to recordation oi the Fiaal )dap. the developer shall furnish
t6e orlginal sad three (3) copies of the water system plan to the
Fire llarshal for review.
11, All requirements oi t6e Citr Fire ilarshal for Development Plan
DP 09-77 eball be met as s part of the development of this tract.

•ith standard curb and gutter.
2. Curb and gutter shall be iastalled on a 25 foot radius at south
ead of eaisting roadway.
3. Applicaat shall iastall a water sqstem capable of delivering 2500
GP1t fire ilow irom anq fire bydrant for a two hour duration in ad-
dition to domestic aupplq. The computatioa shall be based upon a
miaimum of ZO psi residual operatiag pressure ia the supply main
fram wi�ich the ilow is measured at the time of ineasurement.

intersection (s) but not greater than 900 feet apart in any direction.
A. Haterior surface of hydrant barrels and heads shall be painted
chrome yellaw. aad the tops aad nozzle caps shall be painted green.
8. Curbs shall be painted red 15 feet in either direction irom
each hydrant.
