Tha territory propoaed to be annexed to the City is uninhabited territory and is contiquoua to the boundaries oi the City. 2. The boundary is more particularly described in Exhibit "A• etteched to this resolution and made a part hereof by this reference. The territory ia desiqnated as •Dubois Annexation, PaLn Desert Annexation No. 3". 3• blarch 10 . 1977, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Palm Deaert, California, is fixed as the time esid place when and xhere the City Council will hear protests aqainat the annexation enade by any peraon os m- inq real property within the territory. Protests ahall be in writing end ahall state the name of the ormer of the property affected and the atreet addreas or other description of the property sufficient to identify it on the last equalized aaaesament roll. The aietes and bounds description is not required if the property can be othezwise described in a ma.nner suificient to identify on the last equalized asaess- ment roll. 4. The City Clerk is directed to cause a copy of this resolution to be published once in the PAI1 S DESERT POST, a newspaper oi qeneral circulation publiahed in the City.
