The Planning Commission had sufficient inforn►ation to evaluate the �exlsting conditions and subsequently make a reasonable judgment. . 2. A441tiortnl staff ex+mfrtation of the case has determined that the :j Plennl�9 Conmission's original findings remain valid; namely� a. The proposed la�d use aould �ot respect predominant existing uses in the adjacent areas; b. Lantena Ave�ue is the most logical break Det�+een zones; c. TAe proposed development is not compatible wlth existin9 develop�nent. NON� THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLYED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, as follars: 1. That the above recitations are true and co�rect and constitute the findings of the Council in this case; 2. The n�uested appeal is hereby denied.
