subject to the conditions of the Tentative Map, and the ease�ents offe�^ed fo�
dedicatton to the puD11c thereo� are hereby accepted.
2. The Mayor and C1ty Clerk are authorized to execute o� behalf of the
City a Standard Subdlvision Agreenient gua�anteetng completion of the pubiic
improve+aents requtred by law.
3. The City Engineer 1s autho�ized to receive Lhe i�nprovenient security
as required by laM on behalf of the City, subject to the approral of the City
Attorner as to for�n.
4. The City Engineer is directed to process the Final Map for recording
upon recelpt of the required improve+nent security and the payment of all fees.
