MHEREAS. afttr hearing all the testimony re9arding this matter did find
t++e follcwing fects to exlst to deny the request by EAGLE UEVELOPMEN7 COMPANY:
1. The proposed use is not in conforn�ance with all the requl�ements
the P.C. (4). S.P. (Planned Commercial Resort, Scenic Preserva-
tion Overlay District) zone in ►rhich it is to be located.
2. No vested right extsts for the project due to the lack of
substanttel construction.
IIOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVEO by the City Council of the City of Palm
�esert. Callfornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the
findings of the City Council in this case:
2. The proposed request is hereby rejected for cause.
