A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN DEEDS FOR
PROPERTY PURCHASED BY THE CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE C.O.D.
SPECIFIC PLAN AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD SAID
DEEDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, by
Resolutions 78-48 and 78-77, did approve the acquisition of certain real property
in accordance with the College of the Desert Specific Plan; and
WHEREAS, such acquisition is also in accordance with the City of Palm
Desert Planning Commission's Resolution No. 341.
NOW, THERE�ORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm
Desert, California� that Deeds for Lots #,234 and #269 of Palma Village Unit �12
are hereby accepted by the City and that the City Clerk is hereby directed to
record said deeds.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED on this 14th day of September , 1978,
by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, Cali.fornia, by the following vote
to wit:
