A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT 9144-1,
AND APPROUING THE AGREEMENTS RELATING THERETO
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert,
California, as follows:
1. That the Final Subdivision t�lap of Tract 9144-1 in the City
of Palm Desert, California, is hereby anproved as the official Subdivision
f�ap of said Tract, subject to the conditions of the Tentative �•1ap.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute on behalf
of the City:
a. Standard Subdivision Agreement guaranteeing completing
of the public improvements required by law.
3. The Public Works Director is authorized to receive the
improvement security as required by law on behalf of the City, subject
to the aoproval of the City Attorney as to fArm.
4. The Public Works Director is directed to process the Final
Map for recording upon receipt of the required improvement security and
the pa,yment of all fees.
