A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE 1977/78
BUDGET TO PROVIDE AN APPROPRIATION FOR PAYMENT
OF THE COSTS OF RELOCATING GAS TRANSMISSION
FACILITIES IN SAN LUIS REY AND CATALINA WAY.

WHEREAS, in the construction of the drainage system for
Catalina Way and San Luis Rey, it was necessary for the Southern California
Gas Company to relocate certain of its facilities at a cost of three thousand,
seven hundred twenty-two dollars and twenty-four cents (�3,722.24);
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Palm Desert, California, that;
The 1977/78 budget is hereby amended by appropriating the sum
of three thousand, seven hundred twenty-two dollars and twenty-four cents
($3,722.24) from the unobligated Fund balance of the 2106 Gas Tax Fund to
Account 26-4990-803 Relocation Gas Company Facilities in Catalina Way and
San Luis Rey.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Palm Desert, California, this 27th day of April, 1978, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Brush, McPherson, Newbrander, Wilson & Mullins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
