A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT N0.
5565-3, AND APPROVIPdG THE AGREEMEN7 RELATING THERETO
6E IT HEREQY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California,
as follotNs:
—� 1. That the Final Subdivision Mar for Tract 5565-3 in the City
of Palm Desert, Cal�fornia, is hereb,y appr�ved as the official subdivision map
; of said Tract, subject to the conditions of the Tentative Map.

2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute on behalf of
the City the Standard Subdivision Agreement guaranteeing completion af the
oublic improvements req�aired b,y law.
3. The City Clerk is authorized to receive the improvernent security
as required by law on behalf o the City, subject to the approval of the City
�,ttorney as to form.
4. The Public Works Director is directed to orocess the Final Mans
for recording upon receipt of the required improvement security and the payment
of all fees.
