A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 0� THE CITY OF PALM DESERT,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT N0.
5564, AND APPROVING THE AGREE��Ef�T RELATING THERETO.
6E IT HERE6Y RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert,
California, as follows:
l. That the Final Subdivision Mao for Tract 5564 in the City of
°alm Desert, California, is hereby approved as the official Subdivision Mao
of said Tract, subject to the conditions of the Tentative Map.
2. The Mayor and Cit,y Clerk are authorized to execute on behalf
of the City the Standard Subdivision Agreement quaranteeing completion of
the nublic improvements reguired by law.
3. The Citv Clerk is authorized to receive the improvement security
as required by law on behalf of the City, subject to the approval of the City
Attorney as to form. .
4. The Public Works Director is directed to process the Final Maos
for recording upon receipt of the required improvement security and the pay-
�nent of all fees.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED on this 13th day of July �
1978, by the following vote:
AYES: Brush, McPherson, Wilson and Mullins
