CASE N0. TT 14805 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, did receive a reguest from KAUL COfJSTRUCTION COMPANY, for an eighteen (18) month time extension pursuant of Section 26.20.140 of the Palm Desert Municipal Code of the approved Tentative Tract 14805, to create 37 lots to allow the construction of 36 residential condominium units on 7.2 acres located on the south side of Country Club Drive, 1,600 feet east of ��lonterey Avenue, more particularly described as: APN 621-190-004 WHEREAS, the City Council is empowered to grant time extensions of up to eighteen months for filing of the final map in Section 26.20.140 of the Pa1m Desert Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the City Council did find the following reasons to exist to justify the granting of said time extension: 1. Granting the time extension will not in any way adversely affect the public health, safety or general welfare. 2. The applicant is not proposing any changes to the project and the situation in the vicinity of the project is unchanged since the subject tentative tract was originally approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California as follows: 1. That KAUL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, is hereby granted an eighteen (18) month time extension of the approval of Tentative Tract Map 14805. 2. That the final map for Tract No.14805 must be filed prior to December 14, 1981 to preserve the validity of said tract. 3. That this time extension is subject to compliance with all conditions of City Council Resolution No. 79-144 with Special Condition No.3 modified to require �3,700 per gross acre paid into the drainage fund of the City of Palm Desert.(Per present Municipal requirements).
