HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 80-059RESOLUTION N0. 80-59 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, INITIATING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A STREET NAME CNANGE FROM SKYVIEW LANE TO DESERT VIEW DRIVE. CASE N0. SNC-2 - WHEREAS, the existing residents along Skyview Lane, a newly named public street, have petitioned the City Council to change the name to Desert View Drive; and, WHEREAS, said street which has been a private street was previously named Desert View Drive. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council as follows: 1. That it does hereby initiate a Public Hearing to be scheduled for June 12, 1980, to consider a street name change from Skyview Lane to Desert View Drive. 2. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to forward legal notices for this matter to all abutting property owners and to publish said notices at least once in the Palm Desert Post ten days prior to the scheduled hearing.
