WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, has heretotore determined and established Construction and Plan Check fees; and, WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend Resolution No. 80-142 for cZarification of wording and for prevention of errors in fee computations; NOti1, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows: l. That Resolution No. 80-142 is hereby amended as prescribed by Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
