WHEREAS, the Department of Building and Safety of the City of Palm � �� i , Desert, California, has copied onto microfiche official files, records, exhibits, permits, and other documents of said department; and WHEREAS, said microfiche files may be stored and retained for sub- stantially less cost than the original documents and with less hazard from fire and water damage. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pa1m Desert, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and con- stitute the findings of the City Council fo this case; and 2. That it does hereby approve the destruction of all documents, records, or files (as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part thereof) for which copies have been made on micro- fiche; and 3. All permits, calculations, specifications, plans, tract maPs, and related informat�.on pertaining to all finalled/completed construction prior to available for public use.
