WHEREAS, the City of Palm Desert, California has caused R the abatement of weeds and other nuisances on certain parcels of i property within the City of Falm Desert, California, under provisions of Title 8, Chapter 3.20 of the Palm Desert Municipal Code and Article 11.201 of the Uniform Fire Code. WHEREAS, the Fire Marshal and Code Supervisor have filed their reports as required by the Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California: SECTION 1: That assessment a�ainst each lot or parcel of land to pay the cost of abatement of said weeds and other nuisances are hereby assessed in the accounts and against the lots or parcels of land as indicated in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof.
