ON 38.6 ACRES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MESA VIEW DRIVE, EAST OF ALAMO DRIVE. Councilman Wilson moved to instruct staff to prepare a resolution denying the change of zone and tentative tract map. **SEE RESOLUTION N0. 84-106 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A REQUESTED CHANGE OF ZONE, PRECISE PLAN AND TENTATIVE TRACT MAP FOR 38.6 ACRES LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MESA VIEW DRIVE, EAST OF ALAMO DRIVE. CASE N0. C/Z 84-6, PP 84-15, TT 20102. Upon motion by Wilson, second by Snyder, Resolution No. 84-106 was adopted by a 3-1 vote of the Council.
