WHEREAS, the Qepartment of Building and Safety of the City of Palm Desert, Californla, has copied onto microfiche, officlal files, records, exhibits, permits and other documents of said depertment; and WHEREAS. said microfiche ffles rnay be stored and retained for substantially less cost than the original documents and wlth less hazard from fire and wa�er damage. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, as follaws: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the findings of the City Council of thls � � case; and 2. That 1t does hereby approve the destruction of all documents, records or fiies (as set forth in Exhibit "A". attached herein and made a part thereof) for which copfes have been made on microfiche; and 3. ,permits, calculations, specifications, plans, tract Ak,� ai�-and related information pertaining to all ftnalled/ completed con�truction prior to November 1, 1985, are filed and ere available for public use.
