A RESO�UTION OF THE CITY COUNC[L OF THE CITY OF
PALM DESERT. CALIFORN[A, DENYING REQUESTED
AMENOMENT TO TNE ONE QUA[L PLACE OEVE�OPMENT
AGREEMENT ORDINANCE N0. 348 DELETING REQUIREMENT
FOR A $25,000 MAINTENANCE BOND.
CASE N0. DA-1 AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, did on
the 13th day of February, 1986, hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider
the request by ONE QUAIL PLACE for an amendment to a development agreement
Ordinance No. 348 deleting a requirement for a$25,000 maintenance bond; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing. upon hearing and considering all
testimony and arguments of all interested persons desiring to be heard, said
city council did find that the required maintenance bond stili served a valid
public purpose by insuring the continued high quality of the project and
protecting the public health, safety and welfare.
NOW, TNEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the City Councii of the City of Palm
Desert, California, as follows:
l. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the
findings of the council in this case;
2. Requested amendment is hereby denied.
PASSED, APPROVED and AOOPTED at a regular meeting of the Palm Oesert
City Council, held on this 13th day of February, 1986, by the following
vote. to wit:
AYES: BENSON, JACKSON, SNYDER, WILSON, AND KELLY
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
