WHEREAS, the Oepartment of Building and Safety of tfie City of Palm Desert, California, has copied onto microfiche, official files. records, exhibits, permits and other documents of said department; and WHEREAS, said microfiche files may be stored and retained for sub- , stantially less cost than the original documents and with less hazard from fire and water damage. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, Cailfornia. as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the findings of the City Council of thls case; and 2. That it does hereby approve the destruction of all documents, records or files (as set forth in Exhlbit "A", attached herein and made on microfiche); and 3. All permits, calculations, specificatlons, plans, tract n�aps and related tnformation pertaining to all finalled/compieted construction prior to March 1, 1986 are filed and are avail- � able for public use.
