A RESOLIlTION OF T1� CIT1f COUNCIL OF THE C[TY OF PALM OESERT,
GL1fORNIA, VACATING A PORTIOl1 OF RIGHT-OF-MAY KNOMN AS FAIR-
HAVEN ORIVE IN SJ11D CITY UNOER THE PROVISIONS OF PART 3,
D I V I S i ON 9. OF THE STREETS a N I G1�IiAYS COOE OF TFIE STATE OF
CAL. tFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Council initiated proceedings to vacate a portion of
a street in the city of Patm Desert, more particularly described in Exhibits "A"
and "B" attached hereto. and the City Council finds that said �otices of such
vacation were published and posted as required by laa; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on the Sth day of May i9$6. held a public
hearing as required by law, at which hearing all persons interested in or
obJecting to the proposed vacation were heard, and said public hearing was duly
and regularly closed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert considered such
matter and finds from the evidence submitted that portions of the street de-
scribed in Exhfbits "A" and "B" are �nnecessary for present or prospective
pub 1 i c ; �urposes .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, (:aiiror-
nia, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as foliows:
�
That the following described portions of right-of-way known as Fair-
haven Orive in the city of Palm Desert be vacated subject to and retaining ali
public utility easements existing under said public right-of-way. Said portion
of street to be vacated is located in the city of Palm Desert, County of River-
side� St'ate of California, and is described as set forth in Exhibits "A" and "8"
attached hereto.

The City Clerk of the City of Palm Desert, California, shall cause a
certified copy of this resolution and order to be recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder of Riverside County, California.
PASSED, APPROVEO, and AOOPTED on this 8th day of May. 1986. by the
City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California� by the following vote, to
wit:

in Book 21 Page 66 of Maps,Records of Riverside Counr.y; California;
Thence South 89� 53' 30" West 30.QOfeet;
Thence North 00° 06' 30" i�Test 188.96 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 90 of said
Palm Dell Estates, and the beginning of a curve concave to the Northwest having a
radius of 200.00 feet, from which a radial line bears North 00° 07• 37" West;
