WHEREAS. the Department of Buildir►g and Safety of the C1ty of Palm Desert, Cellfornia, has copied onto microfiche, offlcial files, records, exhtblts, permits and other documents of said depertment; and WHEREAS, said microflche files may be stored and retained for sub- ' stantlally less cost than the orlginal documents and Nith less hazard from flre and water damage. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, Cailfornia, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the findings of the City Council of this case; and 2. That tt does hereby approve the destruction of a11 documents. records or files (as set forth in Exhiblt "A", attached herein and made on mlcrofiche); and 3. All perrnits, calculations, specifications, plans, tract maps and related informatlon pertaining to all finalled/completed constructlon prior to June 1, 1986 are f11ed and are avail- able for public use.
